In recently made public police body camera footage, 19-year-old Alexee Trevizo is shown confessing to giving birth to a son and abandoning it in a dumpster to perish.

According to court documents, police saw the suspect. According to court documents, the officer discovered Trevizzo at the emergency department with back discomfort and she denied being pregnant. Trevezzo and hospital staff were informed that it was true after a lab test, so she barricaded herself in the restroom.
Trevizzo opened the door once the staff informed her that they were entering.
The staff searched the garbage can lids and restrooms but found nothing. She was heavier than usual, though, as a staffer discovered when taking out the trash bag during cleanup.
According to court documents, they discovered a newborn who had no indications of life. After being taken to Roswell Hospital, Trevezzo was questioned and charged with first-degree murder.

The upset mother of Trevizo clapped her hands over her head and begged her daughter, “What did you do?” Gary C. Mitchell, Trevizo’s lawyer, previously told The Associated Press that his client shouldn’t be charged with murder because he has no criminal history.
He said that “big differences” existed between what occurred at the hospital and that “this is not a typical case of child abuse.” Following the most recent session, the judge released Trevezzo from custody under some conditions. She can still attend classes and graduate from them, as well as maintaining her curfew.
